Ron’s Ribs Review
For over 60 years, this institution has served most visiting black celebs since Billie Holiday, along with Philly native Pearl Bailey. The owners beef ribs are smoked to perfection, so the meat practically falls off the bone. The tangy sauce is similar to the Memphis-style barbecue sauce. Though prices are reasonable, we found the portions to be small.
