DESCRIPTION: Founded in 2002, Keisha Beard and husband Gregory Beard got the inspirational idea to start a spa by renovating an old building that belonged to the family — being close to Fisk University and noticing that there was no other spa in the area, they launched the first black-owned day spa in town. The owner has an eye for creating a classy holistic, therapeutic environment. Relax with a wide range of facial, soak, manicure, pedicure and massage spa treatments and pricing packages provided by a professionally trained and licensed staff. Enjoy the soft music and aromatic scents of the popular Meditation Room that guests enjoy before, between and after services book your appointment early. It includes a 30 x 60 foot Essense Banquet Room used for spa parties and wedding receptions.
