DESCRIPTION: A $58 million nightclub and small concert venue with Southern-inspired dining and a private membership room. The Club Worship nightclub has plenty of room to dance and socialize in its 15,000 square-feet. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner and the famous Sunday Gospel Brunch. Members enjoy enahnced service at the 14,000-square-foot private Foundation Room. A 10,000-square-foot special events arena and a retail shop are included; topping it off are 22 House of Blues-themed suites in the casino resort.

DESCRIPTION: 320,000 square feet Upscale outlet shopping, dining and entertainment complex 60 upscale retail outlet shops. Restaurants currently include Jay Z’s 40/40 and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
