San Francisco Restaurants & Nightclubs

Black-owned and black-friendly San Francisco Restaurants are modest in number, but extensive enough to please, whether in town for a day or weeks. These establishments come in old school, modern, upscale and diner variety to fit every budget and occasion. They are mostly in Fillmore and Bayview-Hunters Point districts. Since San Francisco is a world-class “Foodie Town”, its hard for them to stand out, but most are worth the trip. If you only visit one place for nightlife however, make it Fillmore Street.
