Four Way Review

Opened in 1946, it is Memphis’ most legendary Soul Food restaurant. Its name simply identifies its location of at a major intersection. Four Way hosted Dr. Martin Luther King and other Civil Rights Movement leaders who broke bread and talked strategy here. It has been refurbished many times. Owners Willie & Jo Ellen Bates like to say, “Its your kitchen away from home – every bite a delight.” We say there’s a reason they’ve been in business so long. Its the place to visit before of after Soulsville-STAX Records Museum or LeMoyne-Owen College. Taste the magnicent liver & onions whenever its available.
