DESCRIPTION: One of the oldest and best maintained hotels in the Quarter, the crystal chandeliers in the lobby signaled - all class. Fine antique furniture, yet it had all the modern amenities one could ask for.Impeccable service, from doormen, to desk clerks, to housekeeping.  One example of that service ... I had an issue with the outbound Internet connection when I arrived and called the front desk.  The desk clerk did not know the answer, but she owned my problem.  After carefully directing me to the appropriate Technical Support phone number, she checked back every 10 minutes and volunteered to call for additional support.  In a half hour my problem was solved. But she called back to make certain and apologized for the inconvenience.  Now that was service!
