DESCRIPTION: Compared to other top steakhouses, Michael Mina's newest restaurant in Vegas marks new territory in design and presentation with dramatic lighting, complimented with a brown metal look that nicely accents fully exposed, glass-enclosed beef racks and an eye level view the hard-working chefs; it may be impossible to choose an under performer from the menu; I had the rib eye steak cooked to perfection; the beef tartar of angus beef, capers, grain mustard and other ingredients was impeccable; the crab cake appetizer was small by Maryland standards, but nonetheless flavorful; the Madagascar Creme Brulee was so good if I were having a last supper, I'd pray this was on the menu
