Tall Stacks Music, Arts, and Heritage Festival 
This Festival occurs every 3-4 years as one of Cincinnati's signature events and the largest celebration of America's steam boating era from the late 1800s; more than a dozen of America's premier Midwestern river cities take part in the event that also features acres of on-shore historical exhibits and musical entertainment celebrating the region's river culture and heritage; held on along the banks of the Ohio River in Cincinnati and Covington and Newport, Kentucky; includes riverboat cruises, tours and races; on-shore Jazz, Blues, Gospel, Rock and Bluegrass; period-costumed and historical re-enactors; Tom Sawyerville children's area and food vendors; draws 650,000 people; Cincinnati;
